Kunle’s know how is built on years of corporate experience, ranging from software engineering, to project management, sales, and commercial management for a number of large international organisations, culminating in the position of VP, Sales & Marketing for Intercontinental Exchange (parent company of New York Stock Exchange)
Active involvement as a Trustee & Non-Executive with various charities, educational and private organisations has also contributed to Kunle’s expertise and his life long mission of giving back to local communities and good causes chiming with his personal values of endeavour and innovation.

Panning over 25 years, Chris has amassed a wealth of experience in both IT management and site & facilities management, seamlessly blending technical expertise with operational proficiency. Skills that extend to health and safety enforcement, fire prevention, water management and adeptly managing multiple teams across diverse locations.
Additionally, Chris has demonstrable versatility of spearheading ground-up construction projects for several executive homes, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality results in both the digital and physical realms. Specialising in bridging the divide between investors and their expectations for the ultimate and complete outcome.
Joel’s wealth of experience and business acumen follows from founding and operating a successful software engineering consultancy for over 15 years. With corporate clients such as O2, Virgin Media and IBM, Joel and his team were trusted with providing complex and critical software systems where diligence, detail and dynamism were essential.
Alongside his technical leadership, his passion and understanding of property has seen Joel grow a portfolio of properties operated as family lets, serviced accommodation and HMOs as well as undertaking many property development projects. Through his property investment ventures and partnerships he continues to undertake both residential and commercial developments and supports his investors in making strong returns.
